We are shipping packages from an inventory in Germany to our Danish customers, but it often takes 2-4 days for the packages to arrive from the moment we create the packages and to the moment they arrive at our Danish carrier.
Our issue is that a lot of our customers complain why they get the "Your order has been shipped"-email and nothing happens for 2-4 days until the order is being scanned by the carrier. It would be very much appreciated if you could develop a feature that could either delay the "Your order has been shipped"-email or a feature that makes it possible to send the "Your order has been shipped"-email when the carrier scans the package. Vi pakker ordre både i hverdagene og i weekenderne.
Det ville være en hjælp at kunne sende en slags mail i hverdagene (som lige nu er sat op under ordresystemer -> forsendelsesmetoder -> notifikationer og bliver sendt lige så snart man trykker på "send ordre nu") og en anden slags mail i weekenderne automatisk.
